Our Training Support Process
Daviker provides extensive training on how to build capture screens, work flows and reports. You know your business processes better than anyone else, so rather than pay us to design and build your workflow, it is better to spend the time teaching you how to use the software, apply it to your processes, monitor the improvements and then make modifications.
This is not to say we won’t be available to assist in the design, our highly trained support staff will be available to help at all stages of the process.
Once you are trained you will have the capability to build the workflow to your requirements and easily make amendments in line with any business changes. Screens for data capture and work tasks can be designed and introduced along with pre-formed letters, documents, PDFs and automated communications.
Once parts of the business are mapped and tested it can be introduced to individual departments and teams. Then using the reporter, the workflow engine will be monitored for bottlenecks and reworked to a more fluid performance.
We have implemented an industry standard 'ticketing system' and portal to ensure any queries are dealt with promptly by our ITIL trained team.
